Global Troubleshooting

Start with the message Kakashi returned. Most failed actions tell you whether the blocker is a permission, cooldown, missing resource or unmet prerequisite.

  1. Confirm the command or feature is available in the current server and that your progression/configuration allows it.
  2. Check Discord permissions and channel/category overrides.
  3. For RPG actions, check /cooldowns and the resource the action spends.
  4. For NarutoVerse, verify the configured RP scope, selected/approved character and scene state.
  5. For music, verify voice access, Connect/Speak permissions and that a player exists for the server.
  6. If the issue remains reproducible, use /bugreport with the steps that trigger it.

Never send bot tokens, webhook tokens, passwords or private credentials in a support report.

If a numeric limit shown by Kakashi differs from the documentation, follow the value currently shown by the bot for that action and report the mismatch so the page can be updated.
