Kakashi RPG

Kakashi RPG is a persistent shinobi progression game inside Discord. Your character develops across multiple connected systems: skills, chakra, jutsus, combat, chapters, villages, exploration, items, builds and squads.

You do not need to understand all of those systems before starting. The onboarding flow introduces the important pieces in an order that gives the later mechanics context.

New here?

Start with Your First Adventure and follow the onboarding created by /start.

A simplified early path looks like:

/start
↓
Training
↓
Exploration
↓
Chakra training
↓
Chakra test / first nature
↓
First jutsu progression
↓
Chapters, quests and the wider world

Use /chapter, /quest and /checklist whenever you are unsure what your shinobi should be working on next.

New player

Do not optimize a late-game build during the tutorial. Finish the guided progression first; it unlocks the systems you would otherwise be trying to optimize around.

Learn by system

Progression

Chapters, quests, experience and recurring rewards tell you what to work toward and what unlocks next.

Chakra & jutsus

Learn how your reserve, chakra nature and affinity connect to jutsu discovery, learning, loadouts and mastery.

Combat & training

Understand the shared combat rules, then use training to develop skills and test a build before harder encounters.

Villages & exploration

Your current village and zone affect what you can access. Village travel, zone drops and enemies are part of your progression choices.

Your build

Kakashi does not ask you to choose a class. Builds emerge from the skills, jutsus, mastery, nature and combat style you actually develop.

Items, economy & workshop

Inventory resources connect to shops, crafting/refining/dismantling and temporary combat effects. Inspect an item before spending a rare resource just because you own it.

Squads

Squads add persistent group progression, membership/leadership tools and expeditions.

Three useful habits

  1. Read the current objective. Many RPG problems are really progression-state problems.
  2. Check your resources before combat. A good jutsu is still a bad opening if it empties your chakra.
  3. Inspect before spending. Rare items such as Keiraku are long-term progression resources.
