Narrator

The narrator is a scene roleplay identity intended for narration rather than a normal player character. Access is controlled by NarutoVerse staff/permissions rather than being available to every participant by default.

Narrator access is a staff/storytelling tool. It is useful for scene framing and environment descriptions while player characters remain governed by their own profile/snapshot rules.

Use narrator text to establish shared facts or transitions; use an NPC when the message should come from a persistent in-world character identity instead.
