Editing Characters

Editing an approved character can have two outcomes:

• Changes to review-sensitive fields can create/reopen a pending review.
• Casual profile-field changes can remain approved without forcing the entire mechanical/lore profile through a new review.

This keeps small profile maintenance from behaving like a full rebuild while still protecting server-approved character balance/lore.
