Refining

/workshop refine asks for the material you want to receive, not the ingredient you want to spend. Choose 1–10 recipe batches, review the preview, then confirm within 60 seconds.

A current example is Blank Scroll: refining one uses 3 Damaged Jutsu Pages + 1 Chakra Residue. If you need several scrolls for jutsu learning, set the amount to the number of recipe batches you actually want and check the multiplied cost before confirming.
