Creating NPCs

NPCs are world entries managed from /nv world; there is no /nv npc slash command.

Creating or editing an NPC requires the appropriate NarutoVerse staff/narrator permission. Use NPCs for server-controlled characters that belong to the RP world, not as a way around a player's character ownership or review limits.

After an NPC is active, staff can assign its control to eligible users for a scene. A scene can keep multiple NPC assignments, and NarutoVerse caps that list at 20 entries per scene.
