NarutoVerse Permission Problems

Run the setup/preflight checks after changing RP channel permissions. Required scope permissions are View Channel, Send Messages, Manage Messages and Manage Webhooks; scene threads also need appropriate thread capabilities.

A server-wide permission can still be denied by a channel/category override.
