Kakashi says the member is protected

Compare the moderator's and target's highest roles, then compare Kakashi's highest role with the target. The server owner cannot be moderated by these commands.

A command says Kakashi lacks permission

Check the bot role and channel overrides. clear, lock and unlock are especially sensitive to channel permissions.

Clear does not remove every message

Discord bulk-deletion rules can prevent some older messages from being removed in the same operation.
