Warnings

Use /mod warn member:<user> [reason] to record a warning. It does not kick, ban or timeout the member. Kakashi stores the warned user, moderator, reason and timestamp, then attempts to DM the member a copy of the warning; the warning still exists if the DM cannot be delivered.

To review a member's history, use /mod warns member:<user>. Warnings are shown one at a time with pagination.

Both commands require the moderator to have Manage Server and View Audit Log. Role hierarchy is also checked when creating a warning, so you cannot warn the server owner or a member at/above your highest role. Warning reasons may be up to 250 characters.
