Exploring with a Ninken
Run /pet explore, choose an available village zone and then a route. The route changes time, base energy cost and reward multiplier.

These are base values. Village mastery, Premium and prepared Ninken items can modify the final duration, energy or drops; the confirmation panel shows the result that will actually be applied.
Kakashi will not start a new exploration when the Ninken is exhausted. Once an exploration is running, /pet explore shows its return time instead of starting another one.
Claiming findings
After the timer ends, run /pet explore again. Kakashi shows the pending findings and a Claim button. Inventory drops and the rest of the exploration rewards are applied when you claim them, so do not treat the timer ending as the final step.
Dangerous routes have the broadest/highest drop chances, including very rare Ninken scrolls, but they also take longer and can cost more energy.
