Getting a Ninken
You hatch Ninken from supported scrolls in your inventory. Run /pet hatch and choose the item Kakashi offers.
The current scroll pools are:

Starting the hatch consumes the selected scroll and begins a 1-hour preparation timer. When that hour is over, run /pet hatch again. That second invocation performs the roll and gives you the Ninken; simply waiting does not silently add it to your profile.
Older egg items are still recognized for compatibility, but the scrolls above are the current public acquisition items. Use the choices shown by /pet hatch rather than relying on an older egg name from past versions.
