Reaching 0 HP does not delete your RPG character. Kakashi's rescue/recovery flow returns the shinobi with low health.

Depending on the risk of the activity, a knockout can also cost some Ryō or supplies. Temporary injuries can affect performance without deleting earned skill levels.
