Jutsu Mastery
Mastery belongs to each jutsu separately and caps at 50. Using one technique never raises mastery on the rest of your collection.
Different activities grant different amounts. A successful /jutsu execute gives +3 mastery; prepared Seal Notes add another +2. Completing the sequence incorrectly still gives +1, while timing out or abandoning it gives none. Using a jutsu in /battle gives +2, and successful jutsu use in training grants +3.
For standalone /jutsu execute, every 10 mastery reduces the displayed chakra cost by 1, down to a minimum cost of 1 for techniques that normally cost chakra. In combat, mastery is also part of the damage and chakra-cost calculations together with chakra control and build bonuses.
At 50, /jutsu info marks the technique as mastered. You can keep using it, but its mastery no longer increases.
