Review Configuration
Character review decides whether a profile can be used immediately or must be approved first. The active ruleset provides the default:

A server can then configure the staff roles and channels used for review. When approval is required, a submitted character can be approved, sent back for changes or rejected. Editing sensitive profile fields after approval can require another review.
Recommended setup
Start with one review destination and a small reviewer group. Confirm that reviewers can access the channel and that ordinary players cannot use staff-only controls, then test one character from submission through approval before opening the system broadly.
Review policy is independent from RP scopes: a perfectly approved character still cannot proxy in a channel where NarutoVerse is not enabled.
