Rulesets & Character Policy
NarutoVerse character rules are separate from Kakashi RPG progression. A server can start from one of three built-in profiles:

Balanced is the default ruleset.
Approval is its own setting
Applying a ruleset preset can set its associated approval value, but the server's current character approval switch is independent afterward. Do not assume that “Freeform” always means approval is disabled or that “Strict” alone proves it is enabled; check the current character policy in /nv settings.
When approval is enabled, fields selected for review can send an edited profile back through staff review.
Character type and ownership
The server can allow original characters, canon characters or both. The default maximum is 10 characters per user, and the configurable range is 1–30.
Canon uniqueness can be enforced per scene, per server, or left unrestricted. The default is unique per scene.
These settings affect NarutoVerse RP identities only; they do not change your Kakashi RPG stats, chakra or jutsu mastery.
